PS3 Redeem code not working DEVS PLEASE HELP

Hello All
Got the game last night on PS3, and on being asked to input the redeem code on the back of the manual, I did. Problem is I recieved an error message saying code was invalid or already in use.
I'm using a 7 day trial option at the moment, any way to fix this and get the code working???|||Is the region of your PSN account the same as your game disc?|||a problem a few people have had is simply FORGETTING TO INCLUDE THE DASHES IN THE INPUT OF YOUR CODE|||My region is set to the same as the game, and I'm not missing the dashes (they're already put in on the ps3 version) anything else????|||How can I contact EA to resolve this?|||Is buying a new code the only way to fix this?|||i think u need to trade the game... get a new one
probably somebody hacked a code or sumthin like that|||The place I got it from won't take it back, so is paying for the new code the only option I really have? This new stuff from EA is stupid...|||If you bought the game as new then you will need to contact EA support, else if you bought it second hand the code may already have been used by the previous owner in which case you will be required to purchase an Online Pass.|||How can I contact them from the Uk? Can't seem to find a phone number or email address
