Game unplayable

Once again my career is ruined.
The first time a reputation bug causes me to lose all my rep and get fired regardless of the great progress I was making, for losing one cup match to a higher league team.
This time every time I try and make a substitute the game freezes. I tried to sim the match, and end up with the blank player bug from Fifa10. Needless to say I am far from happy. I've pretty much had it with this game and I've only had it since Thursday. I've put time and effort in and all I get in return is BUG start again, GLITCH start again.
Although I do have a second save from a few matches earlier, I just no longer have will to play it only to meet another bug that should never have got passed testing.|||Can anyone from EA tell me if these bugs are known and/or already looking into fixing. For someone who pretty much uses career exclusively it is rather important to me to know if a patch is coming.|||really sorry to hear this as I'm also playing career mode..
lets just hope that they make a patch for the career bugs|||Is the blank bug also the bug where players switch identity in the cutscene of substitutes?
