onlain pass cod problem!!!!???????????????

I bought a new fifa11 2 day ago .
i was so happy win I bought it but i Shocked when i saw onlain pass cod why u but it .
i try to insert my pass cod into redeem cod in ps3 but it says " not valid"
any one help my because i want play onlain soon ):|||http://www.learnenglish.be/
English isn't my main language, but when posting on to English forums you should at least put some effort in making it understandable for others if you want to be taken serious.
Did you buy it in the store as a new game or was it already opened?
Either way, it sounds like your pass has already been used.
Just phone the EA helpdesk, with your receipt from the store (which they probably need so that you can prove you actually bought the game) and the Fifa 11 box in your hands and they will be able to help you out.
Or if you're lucky you can try to go back to the store and explain them (with your parents) what hapenned and perhaps they can exchange your copy of the game for another with a valid online pass? (some stores don't hesitate and don't make a problem out of it, others do which takes you back to step 1, phoning EA)
Edit : Are you sure you put the code in EXACTLY the same as the one on the back of your manual (not sure if it's case sensitive but it might be, so have you tried to put it in with higher case letters yet?)
