Major Flaw- EA Listen!

If you run with a player alone on goal and get tackled by the last man he never gets red, only yellow! That's a huge flaw and will be abused as hell online. Hope EA changed it for the final version!!!|||

Have seen red from this multiple times actually.|||So have I. Every time this has happened to me the player has been sent off. Also happens everytime the CPU do this to me.|||As I understand it, the tackle must prevent a clear goal scoring opportunity to warrant a red card. Obviously, I don’t know how this rule has been coded into the game, but one would hope that last man tackles are as context dependant as they are in real life. In fact, a recent example of a referee adhering to the letter of the law was after John O’Shea’s tackle on Fernando Torres last Sunday, where Howard Webb issued a yellow card for the tackle rather than a red due to the ball reaching Edwin van der Sar almost immediately afterwards.
Matt|||Depends on the ref as well this year :)|||Happened twice for me. Once red and once yellow. I tried uploading the yellow incident's replay but it wouldn't work at that moment in time. It was a clear sending off as the striker was 1-on-1, just about to shoot and I nailed him from behind just outside the box. Good hack tho, if I may say so myself |||In real life referee's are inconsistant and sometimes have an absolute shocker.
This should be implemented in the game for realism.|||It's been highly inconsistent for me as well. Sometimes I've seen a red without the player actually being clean through on goal, other times it's just a yellow when he cleary was clean through.|||The commentary towards the beginning of the game normally tells you what you can expect from the ref. I generally try to use this to my advantage.|||I`m going to agree with OP. I haven`t got even a single red card so far in the demo altough I have made some brutal slides with the last defender, it`s always a yellow.|||

I actually tried this and out of 5 last man tackles only 2 ended up in a red but i'm sure this will be fixed|||Why is it that theo walcot is not the fastest in the game|||I've had players sent off and so has the CPU. the best was a when the keeper had to go! :)
No probs there :)|||The match being an exhibition surely has something to do with it aswell. I've noticed that in past games, in the proper modes and online then the punishments will be harsher.
