Use AC Milan's 4-3-3, just save it in formation editor.. much better than the Arsenal 4-3-3 imo.
If you are good at defending then just go on attacking mentality so the players are always moving forward into space fast. If you want to do this quick one-touch football fill the team with passing players.. here's a line-up i use and hardly lose the ball:
Arshavin----------V.Persie--------------Nasri
--------Rosicky---Denilson----Fabregas-----
Clichy----Vermaelen------Song-------Sagna
----------------------Almunia------------------
Theo has rubbish passing and often will put passes astray, use him as a super-sub and he is very effective at getting in behind a tired defence.|||milan formation
