Weather/Time of day

Does anybody know anything about the weather or time of day changes.
My point being, this season does rain actually effect the way you play, do the players become muddy, does hair still look dry?
Does a late kickoff start in day light and finish in night time?|||
Players slide more in the wet. Also the weather effects in the WC game looked amazing, especially the shine off the kits in the wet. I'd expect more of the same in 11.|||it would be nice if the weather could change in the middle of the game...|||

agreed. The WC game has some nice additions when it came to the weather.
