Fifa 11 is a huge flop

Defence defence defence.
Why does everyone play ultra ultra defensive it's stupid as hell. It's 99% impossible to score a goal with any brilliant build up play due to the defensiveness of the AI, you better just hope they make a mistake, one of your long shots goes in ( 9/10 times will be blocked though as you had 10 men between you and goal ) or you can get a cross in. It's really sad, even if you play as a lower level club like Wigan the opposition will still defend for their life.
Screwjob
The referee screws you into the next stone age on this game. The opposition fouls the holy hell into you fair enough that's realistic but what isn't realistic is not getting a penalty all season ( in the defence of this however, it's pretty hard to get a penalty when you can't even get into the box as its full with opposition players ) and then a opponent getting 2 in one game for nothing ( no this isn't a joke ). A online game I played with a friend 2 v 2 was hilarious in the screwjob aspect, I was fouled into the next century and absolutely nothing was given and then Mario Mandzukic was sent off after 30 minutes for 2 challenges that didn't deserve a booking in their own right.
Movement is banned
The biggest pile of * on fifa is the fact players 9/10 make no runs an when they do it's just Luis Suarez being a * and running the wrong way. I seriously believe this is some kind of glitch or something EA messed up on and the last minute and couldn't change. The combination of no movement and the fact the AI play ultra ultra ultra ultra defensive makes for a boring experience.
Problem that seems minor, but jesus it makes you want to bite your balls off
Fifa has been programmed to screw you no doubt, proved fully by the fact if you have a corner, clear the ball and chase it you can guarantee your player will stop running for no reason. WHAT IN HELLSBELLS IS GOING ON HGYUDGFYGFYDGFYDFY. Jesus christ its infuriating and total cowcum you clear the corner, GO ON WALCOTT BEAT KEVIN DAVIES TO THE BALL. O wait Walcott is now measuring * sizes with Nasri ( who also chased the ball for about 1.2 seconds ) while Davies has the ball and is getting ready to whip it back in the box. Another variation of this Mongolian sized collosus dinosaur * is when your player for no reason stop running to the ball when you are inches away as you have been switched to another player.
Opposition players all take steroids
Fifa is filled with Barry Bonds ( Only put that reference in to please North Americans ). Yes Jan Vertonghen can be outstrengthed by Walcott but if I was controlling Walcott you can bet your * that Vertonghen would smash him into 5000 pieces of insignificance. This is especially annoying as because your players don't make runs you need to dribble to progress, and 80% of the time a player like Suarez will be outpaced by some fat slob from Somalia.
Random bits and bobs
- Long through balls don't work EVER due to every defender having a giraffe neck.
- You can guarantee your goalkeeper will play even worse than a pregnant elephant while the opposition goalkeeper will play like a hybrid of Casillas, Reina and Tupac.
- EA lied they added hardly any faces bar the 8 way technology selected clubs.
- They didn't fix stadiums like Anfield, Bernabeu etc. I might as well play in the " rumble in the jungle " arena. If I visited this fifa piece of * copy of Anfield in real life I would need to take a tent to travel for a rest if travelling the distance between pitch and stadium.
- Brazil unlicensed, EA you tight gets.
- They get the licence of leagues like Russia and Holland and then basically do nothing to add realism and experience to these leagues ( stadiums, faces etc ). What a waste.

to be fair people tend to find out if a game is good or not after buying it as game mags have to give reasonable scores or not receive any news from devs. my local game shops have loads in the second hand department.|||

Learn to read please. For the 1 person that doesn't like it 10 people do. It is a fact that forums don't represent the majority of people that actually play the game. Everyone I know in real life, including my friends, and I love the game. I honestly think this is the best game EA has ever made, hate it or not. I hope EA doesn't revert back to arcadey Fifa 10 game style that majority of you are crying for. Absolutely not.|||
