How does the head to head system work?

Is it like Fifa 10 again where your placed against someone with a similar skill level? (booring)
Or is it like the World cup game where its divisions and a cup at the end?

Nothing has been confirmed about which style it'll take so none can answer.
Personly I'd love the FWC one.|||i read a while back that fifa 11 is the same as fifa world cup i would like it to be same as its wis a challange to get up divisions u cant help but be frustated geting to final an loseing when u shouldev won|||No Idea, Im more concerned on what happens when someone quits.|||It could be similar to FWC or might be the same as FIFA10|||i think it will be similar game to fifa10... cant wait for the next WC game|||
