Dude I don't know but my tactics are all screwed up.
I run a 4-3-3 and it is my favorite formation but I use the tactics that Blaze gave out and it's just not working for me.
There is too much space in my backline.

My midfield just stand in place also and doesn't come and help me when I try and go wide.|||You can tell from the vid as everyone is busting their gut to get forward and calling for the ball in stupid situations- notice the guy at the top of the screen (left wing), he's calling for the ball even though Dinho's about to shoot.

Do you have anything that would be good for Milans 4-3-3?|||no sorry I don't use custom tactics...
It really depends on how good you are, set it up so it will suit your own strengths & weaknesses.
When you have a front 3 like Milan (Pato, Ibra, Dinho) just dribble hard at the defense (they're all amazing dribblers) - fake one way then the other and you'll have left them dead, you'll be opening up holes without any tactics at all.
Then you have Pirlo as the playmaker - use him to make penetrating passes.
Basically just play to the personalities
