My FIFA 11 freezes so often its unplayable!

I know there is a universal problem with freezing, but mine is unplayably bad.
It freezes for a second like every 5 seconds!
Do u think its my disc or my PS3 or wat?|||i had a problem with my FIFA 10 freezing every so often, just thinking it was a problem with the disk as it was about 10 months old so I stuck it out of a couple of months untill FIFA 11 then the same thing happened, mine was freezing about every 10mins of game time i.e out of the 90min. it was driving me mental so i ask around with my mates and all their FIFA 11 games were fine on a range of consols Xbox/PS3 60GB,80GB,120GB and 250GB models.
So i marched my PS3 250GB slim down to GAME and ask for it to be changed in which they tested my console and changed it for a brand new model with another 1 year warrenty!!
not sure if your freezing problem is the same mine was lasting for around 4-8 secs at a time.
