I got problems for the redeem code could anyone help me?

I got the game today and when Im trying to unlock the online feature I enter the code and im sure I enter correctly but it says it was wrong,I bought the game brand new so the code shouldnt be used. Could anyone help millions thanks!|||maybe its because the game hasnt been officially released yet? :)|||Maybe, and just maybe, is because the game is no officially out.|||Same problem here... says Invalid code...
